Retail Product Information Management

Give retail teams a shared view of product information before products reach stores and sales channels. Dartoak is in development, with early design partners helping shape the workflow.

Start with a consistent product record

A retail catalog needs a stable product identifier, clear attribute definitions, variants, images, and an owner for each field. Agree on required fields by category so teams can distinguish missing information from information that does not apply.

Make review responsibilities explicit

Supplier specifications, merchandising copy, and channel requirements often come from different people. Define who supplies each input, who reviews it, and what makes a record ready. Dartoak is being designed to connect these responsibilities with product records and approval stages.

Connect information to launch decisions

A complete description does not mean a product is ready for every destination. Review required assets and approvals alongside planned stores, channels, and quantities. The goal is to make unresolved work visible before a launch decision.

Discuss your current workflow

Bring an example catalog, the fields your team reviews, and a typical supplier handoff to a design-partner conversation. We can discuss which problems should shape the product. Integrations and production capabilities will depend on the scope validated during development.
